Decomposition of Glass Tempering Furnace in Production Process

Glass tempering furnace is one of the strengthened glass equipment, also known as high temperature intensifying furnace. Its specific operation procedure is to melt hot melt glue at high temperature produced by intensifying furnace, and then vacuum the air in the furnace to reach the vacuum state. The vacuum state is to prevent bubbles from occurring in melted glue seeds, and then pressure will be applied to screen and silk. Silk and other materials are bonded to glass. When cooled, the hot melt adhesive solidifies, which is the process of glass bulk manufacturing.

With the wide application of reinforced glass, the development of glass tempering furnace has also advanced to a new stage, and the technology is becoming more and more mature. According to their own unique design concepts, each company has designed its own strengthened furnace with its own characteristics. One of them is the *** suction circulating air constant temperature heating mode, which is characterized by high heating speed and balanced temperature in the equipment, thus greatly improving the product quality and yield; plus, two-sided open door, the advantage of two-sided open door is two-sided circulating work, so that it can be greatly limited. Utilizing the space of the site can not only save the area, but also save a part of the cost of the site. Driven by so many characteristics and advocating energy conservation, such energy-saving, time-saving and labor-saving furnaces will surely be one of the representatives of the development trend of intensified glass furnaces.

Glass is toughened by glass tempering furnace, as everyone knows, so what is its process? Glass production process includes: batching, melting, forming, annealing and other basic processes, as follows: 1. Ingredients, according to the designed material list, all kinds of raw materials are weighed and mixed evenly in a mixer. The main materials of glass are quartz sand, limestone, feldspar, soda ash, boric acid, etc.

2. Melting, the prepared raw materials are heated at high temperature to form uniform glass liquid without bubbles. This is a very complex physical and chemical reaction process. Glass is melted in a furnace. There are two main types of melting kilns: one is crucible kiln, in which glass is stored and heated outside the crucible. A small crucible kiln has only one crucible, and a large crucible can have as many as 20 crucibles. Crucible kiln is a gap type production, now only optical glass and color glass are produced by crucible kiln.

The other is a tank kiln, where the glass material is melted in the kiln and the open fire is heated on the top of the liquid glass. The melting temperature of glass in glass tempering furnace is mostly 1300~1600 C. Most of them are heated by flame and a few by electric current. They are called electric melting kilns. Now, the kilns are continuous production, small kilns can be several meters, large can be more than 400 meters.

3. Forming is the transformation of liquid glass melted in a glass tempering furnace into solid products with fixed shapes. Glass first changes from viscous liquid to plastic state and then to brittle solid state. Forming methods can be divided into artificial forming and mechanical forming.
